Ragi Sangati: Ragi Sangati / Mudde (which means ‘lump’) or ‘Hittu’ that is flour) is a wholesome meal in the state of Karnataka and Rayalaseema Region in Andhra Pradesh. It’s store house of multi nutrients, has only two ingredients, the Ragi (Finger Millet) flour and water. A big spoon of Ghee added on top to get good taste to Ragi. Served with Mutton Pulusu, which was Extremely delicious, tender and Spicy. Few meat pieces had some Fat too which were amazing. Absolutely loved the meat gravy, super spicy and Flavourful. This is one of The most selling and favourite Combos in South Indian restaurant. If you don’t like Mutton, not to worry, You have option for Kodi Pulusu (Chicken Curry) as well. Amazing and delicious, really loved this item  Recommended!

Phulkas, Wadas and Kodi Pulusu: Featuring here are Hot Phulkas, Crunchy Wadas and Spicy Kodi Pulusu. Most of them eat Wadas along with Kodi Pulusu as a Combo, But for me it’s always better with Phulkas. Loved the Phulkas, soft and Fluffy, Wadas were fresh and crunchy. Kodi Pulusu was Spicy and Flavourful, chicken was Tender, perfectly cooked. This was with bone because it tasted always better than boneless.

The best dish overall has been this Amazing Kodi Pulusu. Oh dear, How good and Flavourful this was. Chicken was Tender and cooked Perfectly. Highly Recommended, Goes good with Phulkas or Steamed Rice.

Mutton Pulusu was a Surprise! Not every place serves you the best Mutton curry, Here it was all the flavours and spice. Few pieces had good fat too. Goes good with Piping Hot dosa and Steamed rice, But mainly with Ragi Sangati which is the popular combo in Andhra.

PSX_20200108_192509

Fish Pulusu: This was Amazing. Fish was incredibly well cooked, it was soft and gravy was spicy, A bit of Achari (pickle) Flavour, had good spicy flavour. This goes good only with Steamed Rice. Fish lovers must try this out. Loved it!

PSX_20200108_143456

How about Some Hot Puris? Yes its a good combo along with Kodu and Mutton pulusu. Another new curry here is Gongura Prawns. Gongura is a plant used in south indian cuisines to impart a fart flavour (sourness). That tastes good only when its with Mutton, didn’t really match up with Prawns.

Kodi Pulao: Oh dear! One more item which turned out to a Surprise was this Pulao. Rice grains was long, Chicken (With bone) Was Tender and juicy, But again this was Very spicy too. Good amount of Flavours, aromatic, This is not exactly a Dum Preparation. They also had biryani in thier Menu, but since we are in a south Indian restaurant we wanted to try the Pulao. Raitha was perfect. Scrumptious and Star Dish in the menu. Highly Recommended!
